About P J Annan
Hi!
I’m Polly J Annan, the author of ‘Danny Hanuman and the Quest for the Ancient Sea Kings,’ which Dr Steve Carver, TLC Literary Editor, rated highly as ‘intelligent Young Adult fiction.’
I’m a former schoolteacher with a passion for storytelling. I’m fortunate enough to live in one of the UK’s national parks, which I love. I care passionately about the environment, and gain inspiration from the natural world around me.
I love travelling to interesting places and have been inspired by my many travels across Europe and beyond. During my journeys in India I became fascinated by the culture and people there. Their stories and legends fired my imagination with a wealth of rich detail to incorporate into my writing.
I’m an avid researcher and I love investigating clues to an ancient past, which has been overlooked by the mainstream. I believe there is a genuine mystery to be unravelled over many unexplained archaeological phenomena.
I invite you to come on a journey of discovery and adventure with me and hope you enjoy the Danny Hanuman series. Be sure not to miss Books 2 and 3 when they come out – things take a dramatic and nail-biting turn in their adventures!
